Salustiano

Salustiano (b.1965) is known for creating realistic portraits that focus on transmitting emotions. His works predominantly use intense reds, oranges, and contrasting blacks to evoke primal sensations in the viewer. He has mentioned that he aims to convey emotions through his works in the same way music or abstract art does. The figures in his paintings, depicted on smooth monochrome surfaces with realistic detail, and their postures and expressions act as catalysts for evoking raw, enduring emotions rather than conveying a direct message.
