Dabin Ahn

Without any verbal explanation, Dabin Ahn(b.1988) presents easily accessible materials on small canvases through a little observation and contemplation. The light and darkness created by the influx of light is highly realistic, and the light-bathed objects on his canvases evoke a lyrical appreciation. His major solo exhibitions include 《Dabin Ahn: Silent Whisper》(1969 Gallery, NY, USA, 2024), 《1stDibs》(ARTRUSS, Chicago, Il, USA, 2023), 《One-off》(Shatto Gallery, Los Angeles, CA, USA, 2022) and 《Liminal Fictions》(Selenas Mountain, Ridgewood, NY, USA, 2021). He has participated in numerous group exhibitions including 《DEAR CABINET》(SEOJUNG ART, Seoul, Korea, 2023), 《BIG OBJECTS》(Marvin Gardens, Ridgewood, NY, USA, 2023) and 《Storage Wars》(The Hole, Los Angeles, CA, USA, 2023).
