Xian Kim

Xian Kim reconstructs and expresses living things and objects familiar to us with a plastic-like texture. She has an attitude to focus only on the essence, excluding the additional elements of everything that he easily encounters in everyday life. Objects and creatures recreated as still life do not feel any temperature, but above all, they reveal an objective, simple, and sometimes candid form. In this way, everything on the canvas exists in the artist's most ideal state of nothingness, in which the complexities of reality, that is, the ideology, have disappeared, escaping from reality and creating a kind of utopia unique to Kim Xian.
